What does Pro Country cover?
Every award and expiring contract in one country of your choice, down to individual regions or states. For several countries there is Pro Europe.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
Email us within 7 days of your first purchase. We refund it in full and end the subscription.
What happens if I cancel my plan?
Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. After that the radar and the public pages keep working, alerts stop being sent; your saved searches are kept.
Where do I find my invoices?
In the customer portal, which you open under “Billing” in your account. Every invoice is there, and so is cancellation.
Why is no VAT shown?
The operator is a small business under § 19 UStG (German small-business rule). The prices shown are final prices.
Paid plans are for businesses (§ 14 BGB) and public bodies only, not for consumers. The public pages are open to everyone.
Pay annually and two months are free.
